Frequently asked questions
What is LawByte Practice?
The SQE syllabus covers a lot of ground, and remembering everything can be difficult. What helped me was practising questions, making mistakes and learning from them. I created LawByte Practice to help you do the same: remember the law and identify areas where you need more practice.
How are the questions developed?
The questions go through several rounds of review for legal accuracy, clear wording and consistency with the SQE syllabus. We update them when the law or syllabus changes.
Why do you sell access by topic?
We want you to be able to judge the quality before committing to more. You can try 10 free questions in each subject, then buy access to the topics you need. If you find them useful, you can buy more as you go.
Can I buy all FLK1 subjects together?
Yes. The FLK1 bundle costs £30 and gives you 12 months of access to all six FLK1 question banks, including new questions added during that period. You can also buy individual subjects for £5 each.
How long can I access my practice questions?
Once you unlock a subject, you’ll have 12 months of access to its practice questions and explanations. You can study at your own pace, revisit questions and review your progress throughout your access period.
Will I get access to new questions?
Yes. Any new questions added to a subject you have purchased will be included at no extra cost during your 12-month access period.
Can I track my progress?
Yes. Your dashboard shows how many questions you have answered and your performance in each subject. You can also review previously answered questions and their explanations.
Are the questions based on the official SQE syllabus?
Yes. Our questions are developed with reference to the SRA’s official SQE assessment specification, with the aim of covering the relevant syllabus and helping you retain and apply legal principles.
What if I think a question or answer is incorrect?
You can use the “Challenge this question” feature to flag a potential error. Challenges are reviewed to help maintain the accuracy and quality of the question bank.
How can I contact you?
